Our story

At the end of the '60s, Jean Marmillon founded his own optical frame factory. Then he specialized in frames made of acetate and in 1980 began to produce under his own label : Jean MARYLL.

The savoir-faire was passed down from generation to generation and in 1988, Franck Marmillon took over his father. He settled in new factory in 2012, to continue to best meet his customers'expectations, he launched a second label Franck M. known today as Marmillon Lunetier.

En 2015, l’entreprise s’équipe pour développer la fabrication de montures métal et combinés métal et acétate.

AFM OPTIC is historical savoir-faire, respect for tradition, craftsmanships, and passion, combined with news technologies..
